The electromechanical stabilizer is based on an adjustable autotransformer with a toroidal ferromagnetic core. And its regulation is performed automatically by the rotating brush contacts that drive the servo drive. Because we use a microprocessor unit for control. After that, the unit analyzes the parameters of the input current. Finally, calculate the deviation from the standard and issue a command to the servo drive. Therefore, the collector brushes connect or disconnect the required number of turns on the coil, thus normalizing the output voltage.
